OCC Heating Rules (NWS forecast temperatures)
According to Oklahoma Corporation Commission rules, if the high temperature is actually, or predicted to be, 32 degrees F or below, or the nighttime low is predicted to be 20 degrees F or less, the utility shall suspend disconnection of service. These areas, if any, are shown in blue on the graphic below.
