Isabel’s Story

NRECA International invites you to follow the story of Isabel, a nurse from the northern region of Bolivia.
She lives with her two young children in Dos de Junio, a village with no electricity or running water. Thanks
to the Charitable Foundation of the Energy Bar Association and the electric cooperatives from Missouri

and Oklahoma, life for Isabel and her neighbors will soon change. Because it starts with power.

Project Timeframe

Dates for the project were from August 1 to August 17, 2016
